Overview

EG-003 is an investigational preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by Enhanced Genomics for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The asset was identified and is being developed utilizing the company's proprietary 3D multi-omics platform, which maps long-range chromatin interactions and profiles 3D genome folding to link non-coding genetic variants and enhancers to their target genes. In June 2025, Enhanced Genomics established a strategic partnership with the ALBORADA Drug Discovery Institute at the University of Cambridge to accelerate the discovery and development of novel Alzheimer's disease therapeutics, from which EG-003 is positioned as a key pipeline candidate.
