Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EG-006 is a preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by Enhanced Genomics for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The asset was discovered using the company's proprietary 3D multi-omics platform, which maps long-range chromatin interactions to link disease-associated genetic variants in non-coding DNA to their target genes. In June 2025, Enhanced Genomics partnered with the ALBORADA Drug Discovery Institute at the University of Cambridge to accelerate target discovery for Alzheimer's disease, utilizing this 3D multi-omics approach to identify causal biology. EG-006 is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation.
