EG-017 is a small molecule selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) under development for the treatment of several conditions, including stress urinary incontinence, dry eye syndrome (xerophthalmia), and advanced breast cancer that is androgen receptor-positive, estrogen receptor-positive, and HER2-negative.
