Overview
EGFNASA is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed by Ningbo Aikesuo Medicine Technology. It is designed to regulate the androgen receptor (AR), modulating systemic immune responses and enhancing androgen activity. EGFNASA is being developed as an oral capsule for the treatment of endometriosis, targeting the core etiologies of low androgen levels and high inflammatory response. Additionally, it is formulated as a topical ophthalmic ointment for the treatment of dry eye disease associated with persistent irritative tearing.
