**EGFRBi-armed autologous activated T cells** are an investigational autologous adoptive cell therapy developed by Roger Williams Medical Center for EGFR-positive advanced solid tumors. Patient peripheral-blood T cells are activated and expanded ex vivo, then armed with a chemically heteroconjugated anti-CD3 × anti-EGFR bispecific antibody composed of OKT3 and cetuximab. The cell-bound bispecific antibody bridges CD3 on the infused T cells to EGFR on tumor cells, promoting redirected, MHC-independent T-cell cytotoxicity against EGFR-expressing cancer cells. The product was evaluated with low-dose aldesleukin and sargramostim in a Phase 1 study of recurrent, refractory, or metastatic advanced solid tumors; that study was terminated.
