Overview
EHL Bio NK cell therapy is an investigational adoptive cell therapy currently in preclinical development for the treatment of lung cancer. The therapy utilizes natural killer (NK) cells, which are specialized cytotoxic lymphocytes of the innate immune system. These cells are designed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells through the release of cytotoxic molecules like perforin and granzymes, as well as through the induction of apoptosis via death receptor pathways. This approach aims to harness the body's natural anti-tumor surveillance to treat pulmonary malignancies without the need for prior sensitization.
