Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EIK1006 is a next-generation small molecule androgen receptor (AR) antagonist being developed by Eikon Therapeutics. It is designed to target and inhibit the androgen receptor, including multiple clinically emergent variants that often lead to resistance in standard-of-care therapies. Currently in IND-enabling studies, EIK1006 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of prostate cancer and other androgen receptor-driven malignancies. The drug was developed using Eikon's proprietary platform, which utilizes high-resolution live-cell imaging to track protein dynamics and identify novel therapeutic candidates.
