Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EK-003 is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting the CD7 antigen, currently under development by Shanghai Enkai Cell Technology (also known as Shanghai NK Cell Technology). CD7 is a transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and other T-cell malignancies, making it a viable therapeutic target. EK-003 is designed to recognize and eliminate CD7-positive malignant cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
