Overview

**EK193** is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody injection developed by Beijing Lüzhu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including lymphoma. It features an innovative asymmetric molecular structure based on the company's Fabite® bispecific antibody platform and mammalian expression technology, which reduces polymerization and maintains activity compared to similar products. EK193 targets **CD19** on B-lymphocytes and **CD3** on T-cells, redirecting T-cells to lyse malignant B-cells, demonstrating high in vivo and in vitro anti-tumor activity, stable formulation, and safe administration in preclinical studies.[1][3][5]
