**Elacestrant + ribociclib** is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated primarily for the treatment of estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer. Elacestrant is a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD), while ribociclib is a cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor.
