ELI-007 is an investigational multivalent lymph node–targeted AMP peptide vaccine developed by Elicio Therapeutics. It is designed to target BRAF gene mutations, specifically the V600E and V600K mutant antigens, which account for over 95% of all BRAF-driven cancers in humans. The vaccine leverages amphiphile (AMP) technology to deliver peptide antigens directly to lymph nodes, enhancing T cell activation and tumor-specific immune responses. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that ELI-007 induces strong tumor antigen-specific T cell responses against BRAF mutations, suggesting potential efficacy in treating a broad range of solid tumors with these mutations—including melanoma, colorectal cancer (CRC), and lung cancer[1][3][5][9]. The primary indication under development is gastrointestinal cancer.
