ELI-601

ELI-601 is a discovery-stage theranostic radiopharmaceutical being developed by Eli Radiopharma for the treatment and imaging of solid tumors. As a theranostic agent, it is designed to be labeled with either the diagnostic radioisotope Gallium-68 (⁶⁸Ga) for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging or the therapeutic beta-emitting radioisotope Lutetium-177 (¹⁷⁷Lu) for targeted radionuclide therapy. This approach enables a 'see-what-you-treat' strategy, allowing for the identification of patients with specific target expression via imaging before administering the therapeutic version to deliver ionizing radiation directly to tumor cells.
