Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ELIMREAL is a patented botanical complex developed by Inoreal (now a part of Natac Group) designed to support body detoxification and natural elimination functions. It is a multi-ingredient blend consisting of six plant extracts: carvi seeds (*Carum carvi*), meadowsweet flower buds (*Spirea ulmaria*), guarana seeds (*Paullinia cupana*), goldenrod plant (*Solidago virgaurea*), fennel fruits (*Foeniculum vulgare*), and dandelion leaves (*Taraxacum dens leonis*). The product is primarily used as a dietary supplement ingredient to stimulate natural body drainage by increasing urinary volume and frequency. Clinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in increasing urinary excretion by up to 44% at a daily dose of 805 mg, while also providing a sense of detoxification and reducing symptoms associated with heavy legs syndrome. It is marketed globally as a water-soluble ingredient for the nutraceutical industry.
