Overview

elranatamab + inobrodib is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of various hematological malignancies. It consists of elranatamab (PF-06863135), a humanized bispecific antibody that targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, and inobrodib (CCS1477), an oral small molecule inhibitor of the p300 and CBP bromodomains. Developed by CellCentric in collaboration with Pfizer (the originator of elranatamab), this combination is being evaluated in the Phase 1/2a NCT04068597 trial. The rationale for the combination lies in inobrodib's ability to downregulate key oncogenic drivers like MYC and IRF4, potentially enhancing the efficacy of the T-cell engager elranatamab in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and other blood cancers.
