eltrombopag + adagrasib

Eltrombopag + adagrasib is a combination of two small-molecule drugs, each with distinct mechanisms and indications. Eltrombopag is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist that stimulates the production of platelets by activating the thrombopoietin receptor (TPO-R) on bone marrow cells. It is primarily used to treat chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), severe aplastic anemia, and to increase platelet counts in patients with hepatitis C undergoing interferon-based therapy[1][5][6].
