ELU42 is a first-in-class, water-soluble, small molecule drug administered as a topical spray that modulates the Wnt signaling pathway and possesses bacteriostatic activity[1][7][9]. The drug represents a paradigm shift from wound management to true healing, aiming to reduce scarring and enhance tissue elasticity[4]. Early preclinical work originated from academic research at Vanderbilt University[4].
