Elymus repens pollen is a non-standardized allergenic extract derived from the pollen of Elymus repens, commonly known as couch grass or quack grass. Developed and manufactured by ALK-Abello, it is a biologic product used for both the diagnosis and treatment of allergies specific to this pollen. For diagnosis, it is administered via percutaneous (prick) or intradermal skin tests to identify sensitization. As a therapeutic agent, it is used in allergen-specific immunotherapy, typically administered through subcutaneous injections.
