EM-100 is an investigational preservative-free ophthalmic solution containing ketotifen fumarate, developed for the temporary relief of ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. Initially developed by Eyemax LLC, its rights were acquired by Eton Pharmaceuticals and subsequently sold to Bausch Health, which launched it under the brand name Alaway® Preservative Free after FDA approval in September 2020. It functions as an antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer.
