Overview

EMB-07 is a bispecific antibody designed to redirect T cells for cancer immunotherapy. It targets both the tumor-associated antigen receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) and the T-cell surface antigen CD3. By binding to ROR1 on tumor cells and CD3 on T lymphocytes, EMB-07 recruits and activates T cells at the tumor site, promoting cytotoxic activity against cancer cells. The drug is developed using EpimAb’s proprietary FIT-Ig (Fabs-In-Tandem Immunoglobulin) technology. Preclinical studies have shown promising efficacy and safety profiles. EMB-07 is currently in Phase I clinical trials for various solid tumors and lymphomas[1][2][5][6].
