Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EME-02 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Epsilon Molecular Engineering for the treatment of cancer. Discovered and optimized using the company's proprietary cDNA display technology and PharmaLogical Library, EME-02 is designed as a peptide and/or VHH (variable domain of heavy chain) nanobody. The platform enables the rapid generation of high-affinity, stable, humanized VHH antibodies and cyclic peptides that can target challenging tumor-associated antigens. EME-02 is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation.
