Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EME-06 is a preclinical-stage single-domain VHH antibody (nanobody) being developed by Epsilon Molecular Engineering for the treatment of cancer. The candidate was discovered using the company's proprietary high-throughput cDNA display screening platform, 'The Month', and its humanized synthetic VHH library, PharmaLogical Library. As a VHH antibody, EME-06 leverages a small molecular size, high stability, and structural flexibility, making it highly adaptable for next-generation oncology modalities such as multi-specific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), or cell therapies.
