EME-11 is a preclinical-stage single-domain antibody (VHH, also known as a nanobody) being developed by Epsilon Molecular Engineering for applications in cancer immunology. The candidate was identified using Epsilon Molecular Engineering's proprietary evolutionary molecular engineering platform, which utilizes cDNA display technology and the PharmaLogical® Library (a humanized synthetic VHH library) to screen and optimize high-affinity VHH antibodies. EME-11 is designed to target specific, undisclosed immune-oncology pathways to modulate the immune system and combat cancer.
