EME-14 (also known as EME-014) is a preclinical-stage humanized single-domain antibody (VHH nanobody) therapeutic candidate being developed by Epsilon Molecular Engineering. It is designed for the treatment of neoplasms, specifically esophageal carcinoma and pancreatic cancer. EME-14 was discovered and optimized using Epsilon Molecular Engineering's proprietary cDNA display technology and structure-based humanized VHH artificial library platform ('PharmaLogical Library').
