Overview

EME-15 is a preclinical-stage cyclic peptide candidate being developed by Epsilon Molecular Engineering for the treatment of psoriasis and inflammatory diseases. Discovered using the company's proprietary cDNA display technology, EME-15 is designed to target and inhibit interleukin-17A (IL-17A), a key pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and other autoimmune conditions. By blocking the interaction between IL-17A and its receptor, EME-15 aims to suppress downstream inflammatory signaling pathways.
