Overview

**Emfizatamab (GNC-038)** is a humanized tetra-specific monoclonal antibody engineered to simultaneously target **CD19** on B-cell malignancies, **CD3ε** on T cells for redirection of cytotoxicity, **PD-L1** on tumor cells to block inhibitory signaling, and **4-1BB** (TNFRSF9) on T cells for co-stimulation. Developed by **SystImmune** and **Sichuan Baili Pharmaceutical**, it provides multi-modal immunostimulation with antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), T-cell engagement, checkpoint inhibition, and T-cell activation to enhance anti-tumor activity against relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas. Administered intravenously, it is in early clinical development primarily for hematologic malignancies.[1][5][7][10]
