Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Emidas is a fixed-dose combination tablet developed by Med Manor Organics, primarily used for the treatment of vertigo, Ménière's disease, and tinnitus. It contains four active ingredients: betahistine (a histamine analogue), ginkgo biloba (a botanical extract), piracetam (a nootropic), and vinpocetine (a synthetic derivative of the vinca alkaloid vincamine). Together, these components work synergistically to improve blood flow to the inner ear and brain, reduce fluid pressure in the inner ear, protect the nervous system against hypoxia, and alleviate symptoms such as dizziness, spinning sensations, and loss of balance.
