Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Emollivet COMBI is a veterinary topical antiseptic emollient spray developed by Emollivet AB, a subsidiary of Lipidor, for the treatment of equine pastern dermatitis in horses, including mud fever, greasy heel, cracked heel, scratches, and scabies. It is an alcohol-based lipid spray formulated with Lipidor's AKVANO lipid-based technology and Aurena bag-on-valve spray technology, and contains salicylic acid, chlorhexidine, and soybean-derived lipids. The product is designed to provide triple-action local therapy by keratolytically exfoliating hyperkeratotic or crusted skin, reducing microbial burden through antiseptic activity, and softening or restoring the skin barrier through emollient lipids, enabling easy once-daily or repeated topical application without rinsing.
