Overview

**EMR1-CAR-T** is an investigational autologous **CAR-T cell therapy** designed to target **EMR1**, also known as adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E1, a surface protein reported to be selectively expressed on mature human eosinophils. The program was developed by **Humanigen** as a cell therapy approach intended to deplete EMR1-expressing cells and thereby treat eosinophil-driven diseases, with public descriptions linking the asset to eosinophilic disorders and some drug intelligence databases also associating it with leukemia. The product appears to have remained at a **preclinical or very early development stage**, and more recent pipeline tracking sources describe the program as no longer active or discontinued/terminated rather than clinically advanced.
