Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EN2001 is a preclinical TNF-inhibiting molecule developed by Enosi Life Sciences for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, particularly rheumatoid arthritis. It functions by trapping inflammatory EGF-like growth factors, thereby preventing tissue destruction through inhibition of the growth of cells that form pannus, the destructive tissue in arthritic joints. This offers a novel approach distinct from traditional TNF inhibitors by targeting downstream inflammatory pathways.
