Overview

EN3001 is a preclinical biologic antagonist of tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) being developed by Enosi Life Sciences for autoimmune diseases, cancer, and fibrotic conditions. By selectively inhibiting TNFR2, which is overexpressed in many tumors and drives expansion of immunosuppressive regulatory T cells, EN3001 is intended to act functionally as a checkpoint inhibitor and enhance antitumor immunity while modulating pathogenic inflammation. The molecule is part of Enosi’s TNF pathway–targeted pipeline and remains several years away from clinical testing, with detailed structural modality (e.g., antibody vs fusion protein) not yet fully disclosed.
