ENB-106

ENB-106 is an orally administered small molecule drug under development by Ennovabio for the treatment of several conditions including diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH; also referred to as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis or MASH), and cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury. It has also been investigated for unspecified cancers. The drug is being developed using Ennovabio's eSTEM systems biology platform. As of early 2025, it is in Phase III clinical trials for MASH and acute kidney injury and in Phase II/III trials for diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema. The precise mechanism of action has not been publicly defined.
