Endogard

Endogard is a brand name for a veterinary anthelmintic drug primarily used for the treatment and control of various intestinal worms in dogs and cats. One common formulation combines the active ingredients praziquantel and oxibendazole. Praziquantel works by inducing contractions and paralysis in tapeworms and flukes, leading to their dislodgement and destruction. Oxibendazole, a benzimidazole, is effective against roundworms, strongyles, threadworms, pinworms, and lungworms by interfering with their energy metabolism.
