Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENDOR is a combination therapy product line developed by GNP Australia for the symptomatic relief of inflammatory skin conditions, including atopic dermatitis (eczema) and psoriasis. The therapy consists of two primary components: ENDOR Dermatitis Care Capsules, an oral supplement formulated with multivitamins that act as precursors to help regulate the immune system from within, and ENDOR 3.5 Cream, a topical restorative cream designed for moderate to severe skin lesions. The proposed mechanism of action involves the conversion of these precursors by the patient's own immune cells into an active compound that restores an overactive immune response to normal levels. The safety and efficacy of the ENDOR Combination Therapy have been evaluated in a Phase 4 randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial in Australia involving patients aged 9 to 65 years with moderate atopic dermatitis or psoriasis.
