EndoSequence Root Repair Material (EBRRM) is a pre-mixed, bioceramic endodontic material developed for various clinical applications including pulpotomy, root-end filling, and perforation repair. Unlike traditional Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA), which requires manual mixing, EBRRM is provided in a ready-to-use syringe or putty form, ensuring consistency and ease of application. It is primarily composed of calcium silicates, zirconium oxide, and tantalum oxide, and it sets in the presence of moisture from the surrounding tissues. EBRRM is highly biocompatible, osteogenic, and antimicrobial due to its high alkaline pH (above 12) during the setting process. It promotes the formation of hydroxyapatite and induces a biological seal, making it effective for treating irreversible pulpitis in mature teeth by maintaining pulp vitality and inducing dentin bridge formation.
