Overview

Endosera is an autologous, cell-free, standardized platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) concentrate developed by Seragen Biotherapeutics. It is designed as a co-adjuvant therapy for women with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) and refractory thin endometrium undergoing assisted reproductive techniques (ART). The preparation is optimized for the proliferation, secretion, and implantation phases of the endometrium, containing 6–9 times higher concentrations of growth factors compared to peripheral blood. By promoting angiogenesis, immunomodulation, and tissue repair, Endosera aims to restore endometrial receptivity and improve clinical pregnancy and live birth rates in patients who have failed conventional treatments.
