A combination therapy consisting of Endostar (recombinant human endostatin), Envafolimab (a subcutaneously injected PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor), and β-glucan. This regimen is being investigated for immune rechallenge in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who previously failed anti-PD-1 treatment. The combination works through multiple mechanisms: β-glucan helps reverse resistance to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors by regulating the tumor microenvironment, Envafolimab blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to restore anti-tumor immune response, and Endostar provides anti-angiogenic effects.
