The combination is primarily investigated as an anti-tumor regimen in solid tumors, particularly **breast cancer**, **head and neck carcinoma**, and other cancers, with the aim of harnessing both antiangiogenic and cytotoxic mechanisms for synergistic tumor inhibition[1][2][4][7]. Endostar is the trade name for recombinant human endostatin (rh-endostatin) as developed in China.
