Overview

Endothelial monocyte activating polypeptide II (EMAP) is a polypeptide that acts as an antiangiogenic agent. It has been investigated for its ability to enhance the effects of gemcitabine in experimental pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and has shown antitumor activity in combination with gemcitabine and sorafenib in preclinical models.
