RejuvionBio's endothelial progenitor cell (EPC)-derived exosomes are a preclinical exosome-based therapy developed for regenerative aesthetics, specifically targeting skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and anti-aging. These exosomes are isolated from human EPCs and are characterized by the expression of CD81 and CD9 markers. They function as delivery vehicles for a complex cargo of growth factors and signaling proteins, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α), transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1), platelet-derived growth factor AA (PDGF-AA), insulin, and insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins (IGFBP 1-6). By delivering these factors to target tissues, the therapy aims to stimulate angiogenesis, promote fibroblast proliferation, and enhance the production of extracellular matrix components, thereby facilitating tissue repair and revitalization.
