Endu

**Endu** is a recombinant human endostatin, an antiangiogenic agent that specifically inhibits vascular endothelial cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis by regulating vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and proteolytic enzyme activity on tumor cells. Developed by Shandong XianshengMaidejin Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., it induces tumor dormancy or retraction with low toxicity and broad-spectrum antitumor effects, particularly when combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Clinical studies demonstrate its efficacy in advanced cervical squamous cell carcinoma (stage IIB-IVA), reducing tumor markers (TK1, HE4, VEGF, SCC-Ag), improving quality of life, and prolonging progression-free and overall survival without significantly increasing adverse reactions.[5]
