Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENGI-003 is a soluble T-cell receptor (TCR) drug candidate being developed by Engimmune Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug is part of Engimmune's pipeline, which focuses on identifying and selecting TCRs that can target and eliminate cancer cells. Engimmune Therapeutics is collaborating with the Swiss Technology Innovation Center CSEM to accelerate the safety screening of its TCRs, aiming to de-risk development by identifying and ruling out potentially toxic candidates early in the process. The partnership is supported by a grant from Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency. Engimmune Therapeutics is a 2021 spin-off from ETH Zurich.
