Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENL210 is a bioengineered monoclonal antibody fragment being developed by Enlyton as a targeted imaging and therapeutic agent for a broad range of solid tumors that express tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72). It is designed to selectively bind TAG-72, a cell-surface glycoprotein overexpressed in many epithelial cancers, enabling intraoperative and preoperative molecular imaging and potentially delivering tumor-specific therapy while sparing normal tissues.[1][3][11][15]
