Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Enlonstobart + nab-paclitaxel + cisplatin** is an investigational chemoimmunotherapy combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of gynecological malignancies, particularly locally advanced cervical cancer. The regimen combines **enlonstobart** (SG001), a recombinant fully humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), with **nab-paclitaxel** (nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel), a microtubule stabilizer, and **cisplatin**, a platinum-based DNA alkylating chemotherapy agent. Enlonstobart blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby reversing T-cell suppression and enhancing antitumor immune responses. Nab-paclitaxel and cisplatin act synergistically to induce tumor cell death and release tumor antigens, which further primes the immune system. This combination is currently in Phase II clinical development in China as a neoadjuvant therapy for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.
