Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENNO-01 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody being developed by Ennovate Pharma for the treatment of refractory and non-responder patients with inflammatory diseases. Co-founded by Enable Medicine and General Inception, Ennovate Pharma utilizes AI/ML algorithms and single-cell spatial biology data to identify novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. ENNO-01 is designed to target the interleukin-1 receptor (IL1R) pathway through two internally coded components, EV01 and EV03. By anchoring on the IL1R pathway, the bispecific biologic aims to address the unmet needs of patients who do not respond to current cytokine-based standard-of-care treatments.
