Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENNO-0X is an early-stage, preclinical bispecific antibody being developed by Ennovate Pharma, a joint venture co-founded by Enable Medicine and General Inception. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target the interleukin-1 receptor (IL1R) pathway through two internally coded components, EV01 and EV0X. By leveraging spatial biology and AI/ML-driven patient stratification, ENNO-0X is engineered to address the unmet needs of refractory and non-responder patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases who fail to respond to standard cytokine-based therapies. It is currently in the Hit stage of preclinical development.
