Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ENOB-DC11** is an investigational cell therapy designed as an allogeneic dendritic cell-based therapeutic vaccine for the treatment of multiple solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, glioblastoma, and renal cell carcinoma. Its mechanism relies on genetically modified allogeneic dendritic cells intended to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant reductions in tumor size in animal models and positive proof-of-concept results in humanized mouse models for pancreatic cancer[1][4][5][7]. The drug is being advanced toward clinical trials by Enochian BioSciences.
