Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENOB-HV-11 is an investigational preventive HIV vaccine candidate developed by Enochian BioSciences. The candidate is based on proprietary technology licensed from Weird Science and is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation in non-human primate (NHP) models, which are considered the gold standard for vaccine research. These studies are being conducted in collaboration with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center under the supervision of Dr. Hans-Peter Kiem, with additional support from the University of Pennsylvania. The program aims to establish a novel approach for the prevention of HIV infection by inducing a protective immune response.
