Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ENOB-HV-21** is an investigational, HIV-directed adaptive allogeneic cell-therapy program originating from proprietary technology licensed from Seraph Research Institute. Public program descriptions characterize it as an allogeneic natural killer-cell and gamma delta T-cell approach intended to treat or potentially cure HIV infection. Enochian BioSciences completed an investigator-initiated Pre-IND process in October 2021, but subsequently deprioritized the program and was not actively pursuing clinical development. The precise cell-engineering methods, product composition, manufacturing process, administration route, and molecular targets have not been publicly disclosed.
