Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Enoblituzumab is an Fc-optimized monoclonal antibody designed to target B7-H3, a protein involved in immune regulation. It was being developed as a cancer therapeutic by MacroGenics, with I-Mab holding exclusive rights for development and commercialization in Greater China. However, MacroGenics halted its Phase 2 study due to an unexpected high incidence of fatal bleeding, leading to the termination of I-Mab's licensing agreement.
