Enoblituzumab + tebotelimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibody immunotherapies: **enoblituzumab**, which targets the B7-H3 protein on tumor cells, enhancing immune recognition and destruction of cancer cells, and **tebotelimab**, a bispecific antibody that targets PD-1 and LAG-3 checkpoint pathways. The combination is intended to provide dual checkpoint inhibition, leveraging coordinated engagement of innate and adaptive immune responses for antitumor activity. Both antibodies work together to enhance cytotoxic immune cell function, especially in B7-H3–expressing cancers, and are being evaluated primarily for recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN)[1][3]. The combination is under investigation in phase 2 clinical trials as a first-line treatment modality.
